Case study · Rubbish removal, Swindon
Junk Busters: 39 real enquiries a month, and most of them pick up the phone.
Wiltshire Junk Busters clear houses, gardens and offices across Swindon and Wiltshire. It is the most urgent trade we work with: people want the rubbish gone today, and they ring the first firm that looks like it will turn up. We built their website in July 2026 around that. This is what we built and what the numbers say, each one dated.

- Real enquiries a month, every one a phone call, in the 60 days to 11 September 2026

What they were up against.
Rubbish removal is the most urgent trade we work with. Someone with a garage full of junk or a house to clear wants it gone today. They ring the first firm that looks like it will turn up, and book whoever answers. Nobody compares quotes for a week. So the site has one job: get the phone to ring, whichever town or service they searched for.

How we did it.
Built to be rung
The number on every screen of junkbusters.uk, live in July 2026, because in this trade people ring rather than fill in a form.
A page for every search
A page for each service and each town they cover, twenty in all, so someone searching for a house clearance in Chippenham lands on a page about exactly that.
Every call counted
Calls and texts land in one place and are counted. In the 60 days to 1 October 2026, 84 people got in touch, 64 of them by ringing.
Proof on the first screen
In October 2026 the opening screen became their own before-and-after photos you drag across, three real jobs, under the line "Booked this morning. Gone by tonight."
The site, on a phone.
Open junkbusters.ukMost of their customers find them on a phone, so this is what most of them see. Three screens from the live site.

The numbers, by date.

| Real enquiries a month | 39 | 42 |
| Rang | All of them | 64 of 84, and 15 more texted and rang |
A real enquiry is someone who got in touch themselves: a call, a text or a message. Contacts we only sent something to are not counted. Counted from the same records each time; nothing is rounded up.
What this means for a firm like yours.
In an urgent trade the firm that is easiest to ring wins. You do not need to be the cheapest. You need to be the one they find, trust in ten seconds and can call with one tap. Junk Busters get about 42 people a month doing exactly that.
What their customers say.
Their Google reviews, word for word. The work is theirs. Our job is making sure the right people see it.
At very short notice Rylan and Tom really helped us out. They were amazing at accommodating our tight timeline and did an excellent job, always happy to go the extra mile. Excellent service, thank you.
Removed some old beds, sofas and chairs from my parent's former house. The guys did a good job, took care removing the furniture, worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite and friendly. Pricing was fair and transparent.
Absolutely brilliant service. Team was super quick, arranging collection was super easy and smooth. Would highly recommend.
