Every term, in full.
- Before the first job. Nothing. No setup fee and no monthly fee.
- A real job. Work you won from customers who came to you through what we set up, worth £500 or more: one job, or smaller ones added together. Customers sent by a referral, and past customers who come back after one of our texts, count too. For a quote job, it is when they say yes to your quote. After each enquiry we text you to ask, and your reply with the price puts it in your tracker. A customer who accepts or books in writing, in the messages we send for you, counts too.
- After the first job. From £500 a month, set on the call by your trade, your area and how many jobs you want. No contract, 30 days' notice.
- Any month under £500. If the work you win through us in a calendar month comes to less than £500, that month is free.
- If it never works. No real job in 90 days, and you walk away. You owe nothing, and you keep the website.
- Your part. Our tracked number on your Google listing and your website, so every call and missed call is counted. Manager access to your listing, your past customers' numbers if you have them (for the reactivation texts), ten minutes telling us the jobs you want, and a quick reply to our text when you win or finish a job.
- Yours to keep. Your Google listing, your reviews and your customer list, always. The website and domain too, once you have been with us 90 days or paid a first invoice.
- One per town. We do the Google work for one firm per trade per town. A firm whose trade and town are taken can still have us answer and chase its enquiries, with no work on Google.
Why no commission.
We don't take a cut of your jobs. We track what they're worth so you can see what we're making you, not so we can take a slice. Once you're found on Google, a cut of every call starts to feel like a tax. A flat fee, and a free month whenever we don't deliver, does the same job honestly.
Ads, later.
Ads come later, once you are happy: Google, Facebook and Instagram. A flat monthly fee, with the ad spend paid by you straight to Google or Meta on your own card. Never a percentage of what you spend.
Why it's a no-brainer.
Buying the same parts separately costs about £1,500 up front and £750 a month, and that's the low end. The bigger difference is everything around the price.
How we worked out £1,500 and £750 a month
- A website built to be called (freelancer, 5 pages)£1,500 one-off
- Your Google listing worked every week (local SEO, starter level)£300 a month
- Every enquiry replied to and chased (answering and follow-up)£300 a month
- Tracking, reports, referrals and reactivation (CRM and automation)£150 a month
The low end of what a proper UK freelancer or small agency charges, from published price guides read on 4 October 2026: freelancer brochure sites £1,500 to £3,000; local-only SEO from £300 a month; answering with follow-up £299 to £500 a month; CRM and automation software $97 to $297 a month before anyone sets it up. You can find it cheaper on Fiverr. You usually get what you pay for.
Two jobs a month pays for it.
At a £300 average job, two jobs won through us more than covers £500. And any month the work you win through us comes to less than £500 is free. Here is what the same money buys elsewhere.

- Anyone who goes quiet is followed up, and every quote you send is chased until it's a yes or a no.
- After each enquiry, a text asks whether you won it and for how much. Your reply goes in your tracker.
- Once a month, one page: what came in, what you won, and what it was worth.
How we count.
What counts as a real enquiry
A real enquiry is a person who got in touch about a job and either spoke to someone for 30 seconds or more, or put it in writing: a text, a message, an email or a form. A call that never got through is not one. Repeat contacts from the same person count once.
Questions
Something not here? Ring 07700 100226 and ask Tyler.
What does it cost?
Nothing until you've won a real job through us. After that it's from £500 a month, no contract, 30 days' notice. And any month the work you win through us comes to less than £500 is free.
What counts as a real job?
Work you won from customers who came to you through what we set up, worth £500 or more. That can be one job, or smaller ones added together. Customers sent by a referral, and past customers who come back after one of our texts, count too. For a quote job, it is when the customer says yes to your quote. We see every enquiry, so after each one we text you to ask, and your reply puts it in your tracker.
I already get calls from my listing. Do those count?
Yes. We take over your whole Google listing and work it every week, so every job won through our number, your site or your messages counts, not only the new ones. That's why you pay nothing until you've won one, and any month without one is free. Calls to your old number from customers who already had it don't count.
How will I know what it is making me?
Every enquiry, every job you win and what it was worth goes in one tracker. Once a month you get one page: what came in, what you won, and what that came to in pounds.
What if it doesn't work?
If you haven't won a real job through us in 90 days, you walk away. You owe nothing, and you keep the website.
Do you guarantee a position on Google?
No. Nobody honest can, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. What we promise is that you pay nothing until you've won a job through us.
I don't want someone else talking to my customers.
Nobody takes your calls. They ring you, as always. The texts and replies go out in your business's name, with your wording, and you see every one.
I don't do tech.
You don't need to. Calls ring you as normal. When you win a job or finish one, you reply to a text. That's it.
Is this instead of Checkatrade or Bark?
Up to you. Lead sites like Bark sell the same enquiry to several firms. These are your own customers, from your own Google listing, and they come to you alone.
Why would you do it for free?
Because nobody trusts agencies, and we don't blame them. The only way to prove it works is to do it first. If you win a job through us, you'll want to keep going. If you don't, it cost you nothing.
What if I want to stop?
30 days' notice, no contract. Your listing, reviews and customer list are always yours, and the website and domain are too once you've been with us 90 days or paid a first invoice.
How do I know you are legit?
SimplyScale is a limited company, number 17389287, based in Swindon. And you pay nothing until you've won a job, so there is nothing to run off with.
