How we count an enquiry
A real enquiry is a person who got in touch about a job and either spoke to someone for 30 seconds or more, or put it in writing: a text, a message, an email or a form. A call that never got through is not one. Repeat contacts from the same person count once.

- Reply with the price when you win a job
- Reply “done” when it’s finished, so the review request goes out
