Case study · Scaffolding, Newport, South Wales
Gane Access: 18 of 19 enquiries pick up the phone.
Gane Access put up scaffolding for houses, shops and industrial sites across Newport and South Wales. They're out of our home county, so everything we do for them runs at a distance, through the same system as every firm we work with. Nearly all of their customers ring. This is what we built around that, and the numbers, each one dated.

What they were up against.
Scaffolding is booked around other trades. The roofer or the builder has a start date, and the scaffold has to be up before it. So people ring, and they ring whoever answers. A scaffolder up on a job can't always pick up, and every missed call is a job that can go to the next firm. Gane Access are also in Newport, outside our home county, so whatever we set up had to work without anyone popping in.

How we did it.
Every call caught
Their calls and messages land in our enquiry system and are counted. In the 60 days to 11 September 2026, not one contact went cold.
A site built to be rung
Live on ganeaccess.com from 3 October 2026: the number first on every phone screen, their Google reviews word for word, and a five-tap quote form that lands in the same system and texts Paul straight away.
A page for every search
A page for each of their four services, five common jobs and each of the 17 towns they cover, from Newport to Cardiff, Barry and up the valleys, with each council's own rules on scaffolding over the pavement.
Their Google listing, worked
On 3 October 2026 we gave the listing its real business name, Monday to Saturday hours, 20 towns, 13 services and replies to their reviews. Their 23 reviews at 5.0 now sit on a listing that says what they do.
The site, on a phone.
Open ganeaccess.comMost of their customers find them on a phone, so this is what most of them see. Three screens from the live site.

A real enquiry is someone who got in touch themselves: a call, a text or a message. Counted from the same records each time; nothing is rounded up.
What this means for a firm like yours.
If your customers ring, the phone is the business. You don't need a big website or a big budget. You need every call caught, every caller answered, and a listing that shows what your customers already say about you. Gane Access had the reviews. The rest is putting them where people decide.
What their customers say.
Their Google reviews, word for word. The work is theirs. Our job is making sure the right people see it.
Great service from start to finish. What I liked the most was the day we finished with the scaffold and I told them, they stripped it the next day. In my experience most of the time I’ve had to wait days, sometimes weeks, for other companies to come and take scaffold down. Will definitely be using Gane Access on all my jobs moving forward.
Huge thanks to Paul and the lads for my scaffolding, the build was perfect for the builders to fit my new roof. Paul always kept in contact with me and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend their service.
Paul and his team came to my rescue needed scaffolding urgently, fitted it around their busy schedule. Highly recommended.
