For building and renovation firms

More extension enquiries. One builder per town.

We build the website and run the Google listing for established building firms. We only take one in each town, so yours is either free or it has gone.

What one builder's site brought in

23 written enquiries in eight weeks.

A.P. Berrystone is a Swindon building firm with thirty years on the tools. This is what came through the website we built, from 14 August to 8 October 2026.

23
people wrote in about a job
10
were extensions, conversions or garden rooms
1
was a small job. The rest were proper building work

Some of what they asked for

  • Extension25 AugA rear extension with planning already granted
  • Extension28 AugA kitchen extended three metres into the garden
  • Garage conversion23 AugA garage conversion with a room built above it
  • Structural25 AugLoad-bearing walls out and the foundations underpinned
  • Renovation14 SepA full renovation of a Victorian house, room by room
  • Roofing9 SepA new roof and gable repair on a three-bed semi

Counted one by one on 11 October 2026. Six sales pitches and four test entries came through the same form and are not in the 23. Calls made straight from the Google listing are not counted either. A.P. Berrystone is a family firm: it is run by Tyler's father. See the site at apberrystone.com.

Already getting enquiries?

Then win more of the jobs you already price.

If you price far more jobs than you win, and never hear back on the rest, more enquiries will not fix it. So the same fee covers what happens after the enquiry too.

  • A form that sorts them before you drive outWhat they want built, their budget, whether planning is in, and when they want to start. You choose who gets a visit.
  • Every quote chased until it is a yes or a noWhen a quote goes out you text us the price. The customer hears from you again at two days, a week and three weeks, in your name.
  • Priced against won, every monthHow many jobs you priced, how many you won and what they were worth, on the same one page.

For Luke and Dan's, a tree surgery firm we work with, enquiries answered fast and chased properly came to £150,000 of new work over three years, on the owners' own count. That is tree surgery, not building: the first building firms we do this for will be counted the same way. We do not promise you will win more jobs.

Example figures. Put your own in.

You win
20% of the jobs you price
Two more of the 32 you did not win
£96,000 of work a year

A sum, not a promise. Turnover, before your costs.

What goes on a builder's site that gets rung.

  • Your jobs, shown properlyFinished extensions and renovations from your own photos, so a customer can see the standard before they ring.
  • Your reviews, where they countWhat past customers said about you, on the page a new customer reads first.
  • A quote form that asks the right thingsThe type of job and what they want built, so you know what the enquiry is worth before you call back.
  • Every area you coverThe towns and villages you actually work in, so you are found where you want the work.

Why a builder would pick us.

  1. Built by a tradesmanTyler was a site carpenter before he ran this. He knows what a customer wants to see before they ring a builder, and what puts them off.
  2. One builder per townWe work with one building firm in each town. If we work with you, we do not work with the firm down the road.
  3. See it before you payWe build your site first and show it to you. If you do not like it, you owe nothing.

The guarantee

Five genuine enquiries in 90 days, or you stop paying.

If your site has not brought you five genuine enquiries within 90 days of going live, the monthly fee stops. We keep working for nothing until it has. And the monthly fees you paid in those 90 days come off your later months.

Your side of it

  • You send us photos of your jobs and give us access to your Google listing
  • You ask your finished customers for a review, with the link we give you
  • Your tracked number goes on the website and the listing, so every enquiry is counted
  • You text us the price when a quote goes out, so it can be chased and counted

An enquiry is a real person who spoke to you for 30 seconds or more, or put it in writing. This is not a cash refund, and the build fee is not part of it.

And whatever happens

  • Nothing to pay to see itWe build your site and show it to you first. If it is not right, you walk away and owe nothing.
  • It is yoursOnce the build is paid, the website and the domain belong to you. So do your Google listing and your reviews, always.
  • No contractThe monthly fee runs on 30 days' notice. Stop when you like and keep everything.

How it works.

  1. We check your town is freeOne call. If we already work with a builder where you are, we tell you straight away.
  2. We build your siteFrom your jobs, your photos and your reviews. You see it before you pay anything.
  3. You say yes, we go liveHalf the build fee to start, the rest when it is live on your own domain.
  4. We run it every monthThe listing, the reviews, the quote chasing and the count. You get one page a month.

Who this is for.

A good fit

  • Ten years or more in business
  • Extensions, conversions and renovations are your main work
  • Your own team, or regular subcontractors
  • A website that is dated, slow, or not there at all
  • Or plenty of enquiries, and too few of them turning into work

Not a fit

  • A firm in its first year
  • Mostly small repairs and odd jobs
  • Anyone who wants a promised position on Google

What builders ask first.

Something not here? Ring 07700 100226 and ask Tyler.

Why only one builder per town?

Because the job is getting one firm found for building work in that town. Two firms would be after the same customers, and we would be taking money from both of them. So we pick one and work for them properly.

What if my town is already taken?

We tell you on the first call and we do not take your money. Swindon is taken. Most other towns are free today.

I get my work by word of mouth. Why would I need this?

Most good builders do. But the customer who gets your name from a neighbour still looks you up before they ring, and what they find decides whether they do. The site is also for the people who have no name yet and are choosing between three firms on Google.

We already get plenty of enquiries.

Then the website is the smaller half of it. The form asks budget, planning and start date so you can choose who to drive out to. Every quote is chased until it is a yes or a no. And each month you see what you priced against what you won. The aim is more of the right jobs won, not a fuller inbox.

I already have a website.

If it brings you enquiries, keep it. We will look at it with you on the call and tell you straight if it is doing its job.

What is the guarantee, exactly?

Five genuine enquiries within 90 days of your site going live. If you have not had five, the monthly fee stops and we keep working for nothing until you have. The monthly fees you paid in those 90 days come off your later months. It is not a cash refund, and the build fee is not part of it.

What counts as an enquiry?

A real enquiry is a person who got in touch about a job and either spoke to someone for 30 seconds or more, or put it in writing: a text, a message, an email or a form. A call that never got through is not one. Repeat contacts from the same person count once. Sales calls and spam are taken out.

How long before the enquiries come in?

It depends on your town, your reviews and who else is there, so we will not promise a date. What we do promise is five genuine enquiries inside 90 days, or the monthly fee stops until you have had them. The 23 enquiries on this page came in over eight weeks.

What do you need from me?

About an hour. Photos of your finished jobs, the areas you cover, and access to your Google listing. We do the rest and show you the site when it is built.

Who owns the website?

You do, once the build is paid, along with the domain. Your Google listing, your reviews and your customer list are yours from the start and stay yours.

Is there a contract?

No. The monthly fee runs on 30 days' notice. If you stop, you keep the website, the domain and the listing.

Do you not have a free start for trades?

For trades with smaller jobs, yes: a set layout, and nothing to pay until it has brought in work. A builder's site is a different job. It is built by hand from your own jobs and photos, and one extension is worth more than years of the fee. You still see it before you pay anything.

Who answers the enquiries?

You do. They come straight to your phone and your email, the same as now. When you send a quote you text us the price, and the customer gets a follow-up in your name until it is a yes or a no. You can switch that off for any customer. We count the enquiries and report them, with the sales calls and spam taken out.

Do you run ads as well?

Later, if you want them: Google, Facebook and Instagram. That is a flat monthly fee, with the ad spend paid by you straight to Google or Meta on your own card. Never a percentage of what you spend.

Can I trust the numbers on this page?

They were counted one by one from the enquiries themselves, and the sales pitches and test entries were taken out. The firm is run by Tyler's father, which is why we say so on the page. Ring him and ask.

Something not here? Ring 07700 100226 and ask Tyler.

Is your town still free?

Send your firm and your town. Tyler checks and rings you back, usually the same day. If it is free, we build your site and you see it before you pay anything.

  • One builder per town
  • Nothing to pay to see your site
  • Five enquiries in 90 days, or you stop paying
